Advanced Materials

Advanced Materials has always been a major research focus at UBT, gathering different research areas: polymer materials, inorganic and macromolecular chemistry, biomaterials, functional and ceramic materials, crystallography, mechatronics, materials processing, electrochemistry… This field is working in close cooperation with research alliances like BayMat , TAO and ZMW, as well as with SMEs for applied research projects.
